An Immersive Audio Visual StoryTelling Experience
Why Don’t We Together tells stories in a custom-built octagonal structure called “The Hut.” Each 3-7 minute story can be experienced by up to 8 audience members at a time. When the audience enters, they will jointly choose between 12 stories written and recorded by a variety of handpicked artists. These stories are accompanied by rich sound design and immersive lighting - the walls, seats, ceilings, and airwaves come alive as audiences get transported into the world of each story.

We're a team of emerging multidisciplinary artists who strive to create immersive, dynamic, and form-breaking art. We're always reimagining the ways that stories and art can be experienced. As a collective, Dear Bear's work often explores ideas of community, togetherness, and hope.
We started this project for In the Soil Arts Festival 2023, and we're so excited to be bringing it back!
