Celebrating Creative Connections in Downtown St. Catharines
As we forge on in lockdown, we can’t help think about our incredible neighbours, colleagues and supporters in downtown St. Catharines. In our 19-year history based in the heart of the city, we’ve experienced and witnessed first-hand the impact that so many creative people, businesses and entrepreneurs have had in elevating this place we call home.
While we continue to stay apart in the collective aim to get back together, the Art of the City campaign aims to highlight and share real local stories, memories and inspired moments between artists and this place. We aim for this to be another way for us to stay engaged with and support each other; to amplify the history; dream for the future and celebrate what we have in this reimagined present.
Supported by the federal government’s Future Proofing Main Street initiative and administered by Innovate Niagara, Art of the City is a new digital campaign from Suitcase in Point to showcase and share the stories of local artists who are passionate about downtown St. Catharines.
