Having founded and worked with some of Niagara’s leading destination and event brands over the past decade, Tamara (she/her) brings a wealth of hospitality, tourism, and event marketing expertise as the Director of Marketing and Development. As a practicing visual artist and former board member with the Niagara Artists Centre, Tamara is passionate about creating and amplifying opportunities for artists to make a creative living in Niagara.
Tamara is the recipient of the 2014 Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Outstanding New Business Award, and was a finalist for the 2022 Innovation in Hospitality and Tourism Award. She has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Business Achievement Award recipient. For her work as co-founder of Dispatch Restaurant, the business was named one of enRoute Magazine’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants in Canada and received the 2023 Innovation in Hospitality and Tourism Award from the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce. Tamara has a M.A. in Forensic Psychology from Carleton University and a Professional Management certification from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
