General Admission – $100

Individual event tickets are available online and will also be available at the door, pending capacity; priority access will be given to Festival Pass Holders.

Q: WHAT DOES MY FESTIVAL PASS INCLUDE?

Your Festival Pass provides priority entrance to all festival events. We recommend arriving at event venues at least 10 minutes before the start time of the event to check in with box office staff.

Q: CAN I UPGRADE MY INDIVIDUAL TICKETS TO A FESTIVAL PASS?

Yes! If you’ve purchased individual event tickets and wish to upgrade to a Festival Pass, contact us at info@suitcaseinpoint.com to arrange your Festival Pass.

Q: HOW DO I SECURE MY SPOT AT LIMITED CAPACITY EVENTS?

Reserve your spot for limited-capacity events by purchasing a Festival Pass or Individual Event Ticket on our website. Pass holders who have registered for event tickets in advance are given priority access to limited capacity venues, followed by individual ticket holders, and then festival pass holders who have not reserved. Any remaining spots will be made available to those at the door.  There are individual event tickets available for events, ranging from $0-$20.

Q: ARE FESTIVAL VENUES SAFE & ACCESSIBLE?

Almost all events are physically accessible based on ease of access and availability of accessible washroom facilities. Venue accessibility details are noted on our website.

Q: ARE FESTIVAL EVENTS FAMILY FRIENDLY?

The festival includes a number of family-friendly events, generously supported by our friends at Ontario Power Generation. Family-friendly events are noted on the website schedule and in our printed festival program. Audience advisories for select shows have also been provided by artists where applicable.

Q: WHERE SHOULD I PARK DOWNTOWN?

Street parking is available in Downtown St. Catharines. Parking is free after 6 p.m. and on weekends. Municipal lots are located on William Street, Garden Park, and Carlisle Street.

Q: WHERE DO I CHECK IN WITH MY FESTIVAL PASS?

Check in to redeem your Festival Pass bracelet at the first event you are attending.

Q: WHERE SHOULD I EAT AND SHOP WHEN I’M DOWNTOWN?

In the spirit of community, we’re asking festival patrons to support local downtown retailers and restaurants! Check out local downtown businesses that are offering up something special during our downtown weekend of events, including exclusive discounts for festival pass holders. Don’t forget to check out our Vendor Bender Market on Saturday, June 10, curated by Ruby Red Beautiful and Cozy Bones.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

In the event of severely inclement weather, a decision to cancel or postpone affected performances will be made at least one hour in advance of the performance time. Pass and ticket holders will be notified by email.

Q: WHAT IS THE ROBBY? / WHERE IS ROBERTSON HALL? / DO YOU MEAN ROBERTSON THEATRE AT THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE?

Any event locations listed as “The Robby” or “Robertson Hall” are located at 85 Church St. L2R 3C7, behind the Niagara Folk Arts Multicultural Centre.
